ITR Rear Swaybar Creaking/Clunking, Suggestions?
So here's the scenario.
A while back I put the ITR Rear Swaybar on my Integra and all was well. A while later the top bolt of the right mounting bracket backed out of the subframe. No big deal.
Yesterday I replaced the top bolt, went over the entire setup and retightened everything to it's torque specs (as best as I could remember) and put some loctite on the bracket bolts. All is well, right?
Well, no. It's creaking and you can even hear a thump, or feel a thump, in the floorboard (seems to be driver side) now, when I back up or go over big bumps or make sudden movements. Anything that seems to move the sway bar.
The only thing I did not do, was lube the bushings on the swaybar, they have no lube what so ever and I will fix that this evening -- but does anyone else have any other suggestions as to what it could be?
(I should note, the GC's and Koni's have always creaked a little, so maybe this is just exaggerating that creaking, since it's putting more stress on them?)
