In all seriousness, I guess you could have some truth behind that statement. It's definitely a rare situation.
We're not rabits, people don't generally get "scared" or "tricked" to death. Reason prevents that.
im sure its possible for the body to go into cardiac arrest and shock if you get scared enough...
