The sylvania cool blues are what I run, they aren't "fake HID", as they are basically regular bulbs with a very very light (hard to even see when looking at the bulb itself I guess) blue coat, what this does is gives a slightly blue/white tint (very similar to real HID), and then I also run 9005 lights in my 9006 sockets, so it winds up being as close to HID as one can get w/o shelling out $500 and looking gay by getting those stupid dark blue bulbs that do nothing but look GAY. Most people (even the guys who have HID) can't tell the diff. between mine and HID *shrug*,, whether what they is true, I dunno, but that's what they thought till I told them what it was?
