Race one on a circuit, thats where they will rule. Dude at nsxfiles races his near stock s2 (hoosiers, intake, straight pipe) against i/e/h, camwork, vafc tuned, teins modified s2s and can take them. It's all driver. 
true...road courses are completely different. My uncle said when he took a bmw driving school the teacher was in a lude with just suspension schooling a bunch of m3, m5 and m roadsters.
in any case...i beat a nsx on the tollway yesterday too :fawk: but my car is still no drag racer
