actually if the cop doesn't show up to court then you can plead not guilty and get off. maybe it is different in your state but that is how it works here. i'm willing to pay the fine, after all i was speeding, but i'm just hoping that he doesn't show up. i am more worried about the possibility of my insurence going up.
