What's the 411 on Pilot Coilovers

Im on a budget and can't afford GC's the speedshop says that the cheapest Coils i can get That are good [ and good is in comparison to cheap $100 APC/Aerospeed Coilovers that require wrenches] are the Pilots and they are hand adjusted !
