man both of them are good trade. i say u take the 98 civic HB and sale it for about 5 or 6 G's (maybe even more)but some dummy is gonna buy it. and buy a CRX HF SHELL FOR ABOUT 500 buks and drop a FAST A$$ MOTOR!
