Im workin on my abs and I'm wondering if theres any tips any of you jocks can give me?

I got a 34in waist and I want to slim it down to 32 by June

Besides eatin healthy and doing 90 straight sit ups and 30 side (each side -- side ways) every day with a ab controller...er....that big "U" shape thing

....anything else? Suppliments?...I don't jog so that's out of the question
