I've seen a few ITR owners do this.

However, contrary to popular belief, the air pressure in front of the high beam is actually pretty low; I remember looking at a few tests online and thinking to myself how surprising the results were. So I'm not sure just how much cool air will be made available to the intake from just opening a hole in the high beam.

To my knowledge, there are no available "kits" out there for this specific application. You could look at the icebox DIY descriptions and fabricate your own solution to just route to the high beam I suppose.
