Thanks, one more thing (sorry I'm such a noob)

If I get too new of a Civic will I have a hard time doing anything with it? Someone told me that a 2003 isn't the best idea, because they changed the suspension, or.. something like that. Aside from the money factor, what affect will the year have on the car?
