You don't mention whether or not you have a hydraulic or mechanical clutch linkage. If hydraulic, what is the condition of the fluid? Was that all flushed out when you changed the clutch disk? How about the cap & reservoir? Could there be a hairline crack in those or the flex line? Any fluid leaks?
