around here and most likely a lot of other places labor is around 50-60 per hour. The job is going to take a long time I would say around 16 to 24 hours, so you can do the math. Then you plus the parts. I would say anywhere from 1500 to 2000. You could save money by pulling the engine yourself and even pulling it all apart. If you keep it all stock then there is no reason to have the spoon high compression gasket or even better rings.
I forgot about the boring of the block I really have no idea what that would cost but would probably be safe to say that you could at least double what I said above (total).
