Do you need to replace broken OEM ones with more OEM ones? Sometimes there are some on ebay that go for relatively cheap.

If you're looking for a different look, unfortunately, many aftermarket tailights will look tacky IMO. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though. You can always go red/clear (99-00 tails) or tint (like CivicSiRacer) or paint your current ones using contact paper underneath to make it reversible (like asiandoood).
