The reason people beat around the bush on this kind of question is because it really isn't all that common. I'm not familiar enough with ZC pistons and thier dome shape to answer either, but doing some measurements on your own as rev suggested is the first step. You can make almost anything work, but as for the valve clearancing goes, all I can say is to clay the engine and make many, many measurements as you go.

The big thing to remember is that anything over about 11:1 compression is going to start making it harder and harder to tune properly.
