Check your owner's manual, and unless you drive like grandma, only on the freeway, warm up the engine, and run at least thirty minutes each trip, then look at the "Extreme driving conditions" section. If you have an auto tranny (here I go again ) then you should change the fluid every 15K, manuals 15-30K, both with the HONDA fluid. The valves should be adjusted when they start making noise, or at 30K. Brake fluid should be done every 24 months or 30K, same with coolant. It's a good idea to check the brakes every 15K just to make sure that everything is operating properly and wearing evenly. When getting your oil changed, ask for the 15400-PH1-014 filter instead of the smaller 15400-P0H-xxx filter, as thePH1 is larger and filters better.
