Use new rotors and just go down to Napa or whatever and get a set of NSX brake calipers. I know on the 5th gen wagon its a direct swap and I am planning on this for my 4th gen wagon.

If you did this then you could also get a set of the larger rotors from Brembo/AEM or wherever and it would be a drastic improvement.

Oh and the calipers come with the pads and the total is like $80 a wheel for the calipers after core return.
