Default Landlord help needed.

Ok, I'm super pissed off right now!!!

I live in a house in Wisconsin and I'm having some serious issues with my landlords. Last summer, we didn't mow the lawn for like two weeks because it was raining every night after I got home from work and the lawn got a little long (like four inches) and the landlady calls and basically yells at me for not mowing the lawn and it should be done ASAFP or else. So I'm like well, it's raining out, I can't. I plan on doing it as soon as we get a nice day. So what does she do, she comes over, walks in the house with out knocking while my roommates GF is there then starts yelling at her. Then she asks why all the cables are hanging all over, it's a fire hazard. My roommate’s GF says that they are network cables and that they were for the DSL. The landlady says, "DSL, what's that, I didn't authorize that? This place is a shit hole, clean it up." WTF, are you my mother? So then she pulls her own lawn mower off the truck and starts mowing. The GF goes out and offers to mow the lawn,(BTW it's not even in our lease to mow the lawn) but the landlady gets pissy and tells her NO!!

Now, yesterday, the landlady calls and leaves a message on my machine to ask if we are staying to renew the lease. This was at 11:00AM. I call her back at 1:30 after I hear it and tell her we are moving out. She says, well, I'm showing the apartment at 3:00 that same day. WTF thanks for the notice. So I have to clean the place up so it at least looks presentable. Her husband comes over and is all pissed off, probably cause he had plans for the day. Then we proceed to get the DSL lecture again. Do I need your permission to wipe my ass too? He gives the tour and then leaves. Today, the landlady calls again at 1:15 and tells us that she is showing the apartment at 2:00. At least the place is clean.
Can they do this? I thought they had to give 24 hours notice. I've already changed the locks on the door and put up no trespassing signs. What's my next step? I don't want to loose my security deposit. In fact, we have improved the house more than we have beat on it. Never asking for any compensation.

Anyone else run into this problem? Thanks for letting me vent.
