Springs and decent shocks cost about 500 for a good setup i.e. H&R, Prokit, with KYB AGX, Tokico Illuminas, or Koni Yellows. Tokico have a nice package, the Illuminas, that lowering 1.5" with Adjustable shocks, better performance yet cheaper than buying separately. They give you decent drop but are permanent height.

If you want coilover that allows you to manually adjust the heights, , A full coilover setup (shocks and Coilover combination), you're looking at 900+ for a good system, i.e.: Tokico, Apex, Teins, etc. Most of them have shorter shocks body that allow better handling and Full damping due to some extreme lowering.

and at lower prices, good combinations like Ground Control coilovers, Skunk2, with Good shocks mentioned above. I have Ground Control + Tokico Illuminas shocks and they ride very well. However, I'll switched it soon to Tokico Full Coilover due to some defects on my shocks. Also because they are better.
