Default Car grinds (loud) when I turn hard... Any Clues?

I just finished my b20 swap.... motor run pretty good so far, but my car makes a loud ass grinding sound (sounds like metal on metal but not loud pitch'd or anything) when I turn HARD left or HARD right. Basically if I turn the wheel all the way to the right or left when I'm moving, the car will grind like that. It doesn't make the sound when I'm not moving though. At first I thought it was my 16" rims rubbing the fenders... I'm not entirely sure it's NOT that, but it sounds more like metal grinding or something....

Anyone got any clues?

My manual steering rack seems to make a loud CLUNK noise when I was manually pushing it left and right to put the axles back in... The driver axle seem'd pretty new to me (new car) and the passenger side axle I just redid the inner CV boot with grease and all (didn't check or open the outer boot though).
