changing the clutch is a major PITA.... I usually pay $275-300 for labor only. and if you are going to pay $259 for an OEM replacement clutch you might as well get a centerforce for around the same price shipped. or spend $50-75 more and get a CM or ACT stage 1.

So.... the answer is, no that's not a good price at all. But it is about average. Look around man, call every single place in the phonebook. IMO you get a slightly better deal when you buy the parts on your own and just pay for labor.
