I've talk to my friend who is a honda tech. And he said that shocks just are kind of shitting on accords. With real anal drivers, they complain about it very soon after getting the car so he has replace then begining at early 30k miles. So that might be your supension problem, the shocks, also might wanna try the bushing. Upgrade your rear sways to the TL to tighten things up. And Honda Pads are not that great. And a turing your rotors won't help after a while, might wanna try new rotors. I was feeling the same about my accord. Bought the car off my dad, and he never pushed it. When i got my hand on it, i pushed it every now and then. I think it actually help the car to let it open up once in a while, give it a good work out.
Also after installing Brembo Crossed Drilled/ Slotted rotors and Axxis pad, the brakes feels great. So next is new shocks, or maybe new suspension set up.
Hope this long post helps.
