Does anyone know of any books that explain legalities, pay-offs... and baiscally all of the workings of Multi-Level or network martketing?

I went to a book store and looked online but to no avail. I found that many of the books are motivational, while others are strictly text-book material.

Any help is appreitated, or if you could point me to a source of more info, such as a business message board that would be great too.
