the oem kit is the ONLY kit available for the '02+ TL. for the '99-'01 TL there is the em kit, wings west kit, value kit, and blaze kit. for the '99-'01 the sides and the back are exactly the same for the the '02+, but the front is weird which is why the other kits wont fir the '02+. for the wingswest kit... in order to make the frontfit for the '02 it will have to be molded.
