As long as you get the tires with overall diameter same as stock it will be fine. If it's true about what you are saying you might as well don't get anything bigger or smaller than stocks size.
I was curious and had a talk with the general manager and service manager at Planet Honda on Rt 22, in which they also sell aftermarket parts as well in their service department. As what he informed me.... the honda warranty.. warranties the factory made parts against defects and/or wear.. (lots of stipulations I know..)
And aftermarket parts will not be covered under any factory authorized warranty,, whether they are installed by Honda or from an outside source.
Regarding tire/rim width.. accord cutie and Phat are both correct if the overall circumferential diameter is equal to the original tire/rim... centrifigal forces via tangential degrees will not alter the speedo/odo enough to warrant observable changes.
