I don't think he's talking about the rednecks that wear them...I live in an area that is highly populated by blacks and that is some trend that has been around for a while now. Like I said I always laugh at it........It's like costumes, people are always trying to be something they aren't, first it was people sporting military fatigues.....i mean wtf you're not a soldier?! are we going to war?! lmao
