Default Has She Had It At 39K?

Anyone else in here feel like their baby has seen her day after certain amounts of mileage? My 99 EX V6 coupe, with 39k on the clock, FEELS like she has close to 139K...she is loose, unconnected in feel, wobbly, shaky and doesn't stop nearly on a dime anymore, even after resurfacing the rotors multiple times.

Over the past two weekends, I have had all her dents and dings taken out (detailed in my last post, titled "Styling Analysis and Other Ramblings..."), as well as the damages on the rear bumper -- scratches and scrapes other inconsiderate assholes put on the paint -- fixed and repainted....so she is beginning to come back to herself, appearance-wise. But the car just feels like its coming apart....I have heard this complaint from other 98-on Accord owners, with regard to the way the vehicle is made in the US, and that the quality is not up to par via if it were under Japanese quality control...is 39K indication to throw this car to the used car world? Is this "Honda Quality" -- famous around the world -- just a myth? Is this car going to last way beyond this 39K mark? I have never even taken her on a road trip in all the time I have her----can anyone believe that? The 39K is all local driving.

Rattles, squeaks and other annoyances rock my cabin when I go over uneven roads; what a hardship it is going to my girlfriend's place (she lives at her friend's house, who is getting ready to be engaged to my friend -- long story there) because her neighborhood (in the Little Neck area of Queens, New York) is RAVAGED with uneven surfaces and potholes....I cannot stand parking or driving there. The car is taking a beating just from that alone. Anyway, should 39K be considered "too much" for a US-made Accord? I know some of y'all have double that on the clock, but with all the rattles and shaky feelings from this vehicle at a "mere" 39K, I can't imagine what she is going to feel like at 56 or so....can anyone else relate to this "itch" to sell a mileage-racking car for something new?
