i can't afford the good shit. I had to make it myself with mdf i found at the homedepot and some i had laying around. What i did at first is trace the plastic baffle on to 3/4 mdf and then cut it with a jig saw. Then i found some 1/2 mdf and made a spacer out of them. I drilled holes and held the baffle and the spacer together along with the speaker. So it's the speaker ontop of a 1/2spacer then a 3/4 baffle. It fits good. i had to use my dremel and shave a little off my panel but i don't mind for a clean sound. I only did one side so far. I will do the other side when i regain my stregth. I wish i could take picutes but i will do that next time. Later i'm going to put some cocking on the edges so no sound leaks through making less of a rattle when i booste it up. i screwed it tight to the door so i doesn't rattle. Sounds nice. I have the alpine SPR-175A. They have a HUGE magnet. when i say huge i mean huge. it's like twice the size of a stock. I would just buy a jig saw($30) and some mdf($5). It's a very cheap costing job for a nice sound. If you go to good guys they do sell 1'' spacers. It cost 17 dollars for a pair though. so i would just go out and buy my own supply's.
