#1 is down by the fuse box by the drivers feet. the relays can just be tucked up and away, and then there are 2 connectors and 1 ground wire. just ground it anywhere, and the 2 connectors go into #3 and #5 blank spots in your fuse box (i think those are the numbers, I did this a while ago) then it continues behind the dash to #2 which is the switch. goes out through the firewall on the passenger side at #3 (rubber grommet) then #4 you have to lift up the under hood fuse box and pull out one of the connectors, and replace it with the new connector from the fog lights. plug the old connector into the foglight harness also (there are 2 harnesses there, but you cant really see it in the picture) then the last part of the wire just goes down to the bumper and goes to the fog lights. you also have to ground it in 1 other place down by the bumper
thanks for the info, but the main thing i'm trying to figure out is how to attach the lights to the bumper. there are 4 holes on each fog light, but on the bumper there is nothing to connect it to. and there is some plastic where the lights are going to be so i know i have to cut them out. i'll post pictures tomorrow.
