Forged rods and pistons should be around $800. If you have an OBD-I ECM, Hondata S200 with boost retails at $495 base. Add tuning cost to that, and add the cost of options like datalogging and 3-step if you want those. You'll need some larger injectors if you go with a standalone. I would recommend DSM 450s, which you should be able to pull from the same Eclipse you get the turbo from. Snag the injector clips too, unless your car/harness has OBD-I clips. Then you'll need a resistor box, unless your car runs peak and hold injectors. Honda resistor boxes can be had for around $30, sometimes less. If you don't want to buy a Honda resitor box, you can wire some 7-8ohm resistors inline with your injector clips.
