what is the best possible stock honda rod that will go in my d16a6 even if it needs a little modification?

I heard

*86-87 integra
*88-89 integra
*88-91 dohc zc
*b18a1 with modification
*B18b1 with modification

I'd like to possibly make it a 1.8 with stock honda parts cause I can get my hands all over it what is the best choice I heard if you dont want modification that the 86-87 integra were the strongest but?????.......... help please
