I drive kinda fast(about 15-20 abv. speed limit). Still haven't got a ticket yet(thank God). My mom comments about it all the time and she said she saw a thing somewhere that will sound an alarm or something if you go above a certain speed limit. She said you set the speed limit, and if you go over, it will start the alarm and will not turn off until you are under limit. I've never heard of anything like this before. Is there such an enemy?
