Don't worry, the 'ludes do have hydro transaxles.

For a good, straight answer on what this swap takes, you should ask someone who has done it; not very many people have first hand experience. Here is a mini-site of a real-life H22 DA:

Try asking those guys what they did for a hydro conversion.

BTW, what are you doing for mounts? Do you have a custom shop that will fab them?

Supposedly Place Racing makes a cable-hydro conversion kit that will also work.
