Reduce the picture, please!

Try sanding it down and spraying it with some rust neutraling stuff... I use one product that comes in a spray can, but I can't quite remember the name of it now. treat it now and save as must of the metal as you can... but once the cancer starts, it's extremely difficult to stop. I am just about to start the battle to save my 7 from cancer.
