Most people use 5W 30 oil in their cars, but you can use 10W 30 if you are in a warmer climate. Check your washer and power steering fluid levels as well. But you shouldn't really need to drain and replace any of your fluids at all besides your oil.

I use this every 4000 miles. Get a little better gas mileage and the car runs a little smoother as well.
