daaayym! that's some camber wear. Any tires except snow tires are crap in snow. I've had Kumho's and if you keep them well aligned, it gets pretty good tread life.
btw, I was in Milwaukee over last summer and the roads there SUCKED!!! All kinds of bumps/potholes on the road. It was no use getting an alignment, because it would just go bad on the way home. If Racine's anything like Milwaukee, I feel sorry for you. 
racine is much better than milwaukee, but from what i hear wiskin roads are some of the worst in the nation.
