Oh, man. I had a coupon to get a free change at JL...... what a mistake. They torqued the drain bolt too tight. When I went to change the oil the next time it would not budge. So I took it to them, acted like I knew nothing, and when they took the plug off they admitted it was stripped. I knew it. They paid to have the pan retapped, but not only was I infuriated, they offered a free change for me. I took the coupon, and mailed a very nasty note to their corporate clowns along with the coupon. Needless to say, I heard nothing back. I knew they were clowns with cars, but I thought it couldn't hurt just once, right? Sheesh. I learned my lesson.
