You will need some suspension upgrades for your car to handle the right way like white_n_slow said. Other than that, it'll be good power. Keep in mind you may lose a/c and p/s and it's a tight fit, you'll have to get the HAsport mount kit. Also if your car has been in a front end wreck the motor might not fit in, the frame rails have to be almost perfectly straight to drop a H22 into a civic.
