Hehe, yeah I killed my alternator AND batteries with my 800x4 Fosgate amp too!

I got my alternator from some place in texas. I found them off of ebay. $185 and it puts out 180 amps (double the stock of the V6's 90 amps). The only problem is that I had to steal a bolt off my old alternator and my car makes a God-awful squeaking noise everytime because they use a slightly smaller pulley to get more amps out. So I just changed to a new, non-stretched out drive belt and it's working just fine.

as for the battery, i got that die hard truck, suv and van battery. uh...it had good warranty. hehe. 3 years no questions asked with the next 4 after that prorated.
