Cause there is usually nothing left for them to do. I know that I wouldnt buy a modded car. I would like to know where the parts came from, if a professional installed them, and if they are what i wanted. Plus, the person that is going to buy this is most likely going to be a "tuner" so he wants to do it himself and have fun
that way he can call it his own.
