yah I'm aware of the legal laws of the swap, yes u are correct in saying that u can't swap a motor in that is older then the year of the car. Not my car, nor my money so it's not my loss. They both know that the swap is illegal, they know the risk and know that cops can be dicks about it too. This was the main reason why i didn't buy a Honda, because the hassel of the swap and the legal issues behind it.
