I think you will have to get the mounts. I have the same car and was going to do that swap.. prob would have saved me about 500 in parts, but I decided to go for the B18. I'm having a bit of trouble with figuring out which intake to use as well. Think you will need the SI throttle cable, but your harness and everything should owrk. Your mechanic may have to add a wire or to, possibly the IAB wire. Since you already ahve vtec its all good. Pretty straight forward swap from what I hear.
