The seats would fit but you would need custom brackets to adapt the seats to the Lude. As mentioned before, the steering wheel will not work, nor will any other parts like engine components.

Also, the rims may not fit the Lude depending on which generation Prelude you have. The 4th gen was 4 lug, and the 5th gen was 5 lug. Instead of purchasing factory rims, your money would be better spent picking up a set of aftermarket rims.
