Although I'm a Nissan fan at heart, I voted for the Audi A4 3.0. Although the Max has more power, room, etc. The Audi Looks better than the MAXIMA to me both inside and out. I haven't sat in the new MAXIMA yet so I can't comment on the material quality though..
