get a DC 4-2-1 Stainless Steel Header thats #1 on the market for the I4 accords and its Carb Exempt in most applications. as for reprograming the ECU many will say it doesnt work or doesnt have real gains. well i have one in my ride and the gains are noticeable many fight with me about it but changing points along ur air/fuel ratio, gearing, ignition.. and so on has its advantages. but if u want real power u need to get a turbo
