Here are the instalation instructions Honda provides with their lights, the process is the same for the procarparts lights I believe.
the oem knock offs are 10x easier to install. the harness is far less complex. you only need to run one wire through the fire wall. the actual fog light mounting is about the same. everything is plug and play
