They should be the same for the 96-97 models. The install is pretty straightforward and is not very difficult. All the wiring and connectors are already attched so its just a matter of running the wires and plugging them in. You do have to take off the front bumper and the plastic inside the driver side wheel well to run the wire into the car. The wire inside the car has a factory style plug that plugs right into the fusebox in one of the open slots and then it goes to a factory style swithch that goes into the stock location above the radio. The way they are setup they come on with your parking lights but they also have the switch to turn them on/off when you want.
