just wanted some advice - i have a 5-spd 2000 accord and was interested in a little more boost. currently, i have an intake and exhaust, but was interested in 1.) headers and 2.) programming my ECU.

1.) headers - first and foremost, does this give me the right amount of hp for the amount of money i'm spending, which company makes solid headers and also, should i get ceramic or not?

2.) programming ECU - i've only heard of people doing this, but does it work? how much hp will it boost and how much do you think it'll cost?
