Ok heres the problem.

My belt is slipping


There is two belts on the driver side of the H22, one is the altenator belt, and there is a belt under that one. Now my altenator belt is tight and fine (I found the tentioner for this belt and I tightened it.) but when I start my car I can hear the belt under the altenator making a sqeeking sound. My question to you guys/gurls is to find out how to tighten that belt under the altenator on a 94 h22. I really need to drive my car (to work and errands) so trying to get this done as soon as possible.
