basically and briefly its:
remove the 2 (12mm if i remember) bolts holding the caliper on
remove the 2 (may need to be drilled out) screws holding the rotor on
hammer the rotor off
put new rotor on and reinstall in reverse order
should take about 30 minutes at each corner with hand tools and a jack
