I would rather turbo a base model than a type's because of the compression. I don't know how the crank to rod ratio is though. I don't think it would be anydifferent. There is a turbo rsx in the may 02 issue of super street but I am not sure if it was a base or not. I think it was eternal blue though, and if it is then it would be a base.
